6. Extra guest/s after 6 will not be provided with mattress but we can provide extra blankets if ever.
7. Clean towels will be provided.
8. Toiletries: Soap and Shampoo Only
9. The gym is for Members only. Minimum membership fee is 1,050 for 1 month.
10. Pool is for Homeowners only. Guests can use the pool during weekdays with fee. Guests are not allowed to use the pool during weekends (friday to sun)and holidays
11. Smoking is OK inside the unit but need to open all exaust windows and doors
12. Hosts are staying in IRIS lobby only. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have concerns.
13. Early check-in and late check out is subject to availability.
